Sorry this didn’t help. I haven’t changed any settings on my computer, my passwords are all valid and I am signed in properly to all programs and accounts. Then I log the same account which created an organization assets library on SharePoint into these Office, the Office template library does not show on Office either, but show on Microsoft apps. Any additional feedback?❿

We have the same issue, web works, with desktop app not visible, we found it works for spo admins, settings , permissions checked, created from scratch with premier support, fiddler traces shared, last info from support we are not alone. Hello Greg, We would like to know more about this concern. If you want to be able to find your templates using the native Word File New screen, it will be under “Custom” or “Private” if the user templates folder or the workgroup templates folder is designated as the place to save your templates in options. The classic File New dialog that Doug mentioned and which is shown on my page is an alternative to the display of templates native to recent versions of Word.
