Do I need to install the program?
No, the program is a cloud-based online software, which means that you can get complete access using any browser from every device, no matter where you are!
How do I connect to the system?
You simply need to get the user credentials from your project admin and then enter through the “LOG IN” button on the main page or through the direct link.
What types of project are this system best for?
The Vi-Soft system serves any kind of construction projects, such as building works, roadworks, railway construction etc.
Who is this software aimed at?
Vi-Soft software aims to control the QC and the QA elements of a given project in all aspects. It can also be beneficial to project managers, foremen, QC representatives, QA representatives, аnd every other stockholder involved in the project.
How does the pricing work?
The pricing category is decided by and directly related to the number of users in the project.
Where is all the data stored?
All the data in the system is kept on a highly secured cloud. (Vi-soft is a SAAS company)
What roles can be assigned to the user?
We have a number of predesigned roles as presets. These include: Global Admin, Project Admin, Project Employee, Lab Employee, Signer, Quality Assurance, Surveyor etc. Each of these roles has different viewing, editing, and signing rights as a default. Alternatively, we can set up specific rights levels as per client request.
What should I do if I have any issues while working with the system?
